In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of critical applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineers to define and execute the technical roadmap. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems to meet business needs
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in industrial automation or IoT is advantageous
