We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling robust applications that serve as the backbone for dialysis clinical operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our dialysis management platform.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and clinicians to translate complex requirements into intuitive, reliable technical specifications.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve software reliability and speed.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend platform functionality.
- Proactively identify technical debt and implement strategies to optimize system performance and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in backend development languages (e.g., Java, Python, or Go) and modern frontend frameworks.
- Proven experience with database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an English-speaking team environment.
- Passion for healthcare technology and improving clinical workflow efficiency.
