Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable software applications using industry-standard technologies
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to development squad members
- Own the complete SDLC including requirements analysis, architecture, testing, and deployment
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure quality and maintainability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in software architecture patterns and design principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
