Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable distributed systems to improve developer velocity.
- Integrate AI-driven insights to automate and optimize software development and safety workflows.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Analyze and debug complex system-level performance issues to ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to define the technical roadmap for the Acceleration Platform.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture, security, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to modernize internal developer tooling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a deep focus on distributed systems or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or Python.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems that handle high throughput and concurrency.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks or AI-driven developer productivity tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across large teams.
