Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable backend services and full-stack solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and promote software engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system infrastructure for maximum reliability.
- Drive the development of secure, resilient, and high-performance production systems.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term preventative fixes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, caching layers, and message brokers.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
