Origo is seeking a deeply skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our Australian-based team, working a stable and highly sought-after Dayshift schedule from our office in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our cutting-edge SaaS applications. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams in Australia and the Philippines, bridging technical challenges with innovative solutions. Your expertise will help drive the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performing software that serves our global clientele.
Your Key Contributions:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code for our SaaS platform.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads in Australia to refine requirements and deliver exceptional features.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications in production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software features for our SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Australia to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues ensuring high availability and performance.
- Continuously improve development processes and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically with SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Java, .NET).
- Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in an Agile environment.
