Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and secure payment processing systems.
- Architect and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support a wide array of global payment methods.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure system compliance with international security standards such as PCI-DSS and local financial regulations.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability under high-load scenarios.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to production deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proven experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Payment Gateway sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in modern backend languages such as Java, Node.js, Go, or .NET Core.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and RESTful API design.
- Expertise in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
