Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into interactive, responsive, and accessible web experiences.
- Lead the architectural direction for frontend projects, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and advocate for engineering best practices within the development lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debugging performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of technical growth and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development; 5+ years required for Senior-level consideration.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and at least one major modern framework.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and responsive design principles.
- Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex.
- Proficiency in unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Strong experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
