Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on scalable backend services.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture for cloud-native applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to rigorous software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure seamless deployments.
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability in a government-grade production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven expertise in backend development using Node.js and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Solid grasp of relational and NoSQL database design (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with API design and integration (RESTful services, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
