Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, program, and test PLC-based automation systems to meet project specifications.
- Conduct thorough system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for both hardware and software issues.
- Lead on-site commissioning, installation, and integration of automation projects at client facilities.
- Design intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems for improved operational visibility.
- Perform system audits and implement performance optimizations to enhance throughput and safety.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration of peripheral industrial equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, or Omron).
- Strong proficiency in IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text).
- Demonstrated experience in industrial networking protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus).
- Proven ability to interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams accurately.
- Strong analytical mindset with a history of successful on-site troubleshooting and project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client expectations during high-pressure commissioning phases.
