Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS for the front-end and Java for back-end services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for cloud-based deployment environments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure system maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in ReactJS and related ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
