Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional Platform, SRE, and DevOps teams (8-12 engineers)
- Architect and implement cloud-native infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Establish SRE frameworks including SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Drive DevOps transformation through CI/CD pipeline automation
- Optimize cloud costs and performance while maintaining security standards
- Collaborate with product teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for system monitoring
- Champion infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) practices
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems
- Proven track record building SRE/DevOps teams and processes
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Deep knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
