Tanggung Jawab
- Lead manual and automated testing initiatives for web applications, REST APIs, and mobile platforms
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution strategies aligned with project requirements
- Implement continuous testing pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and prevent recurring defects
- Support deployment processes through staging environment validation and smoke testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, testing methodologies, and tool utilization
- Generate detailed quality reports and metrics to track product health and improvement areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, usability)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of API testing with Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management systems (JIRA, TestRail)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality focus
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
