Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans and test cases.
- Lead defect management processes, ensuring timely identification, documentation, and resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to integrate quality standards into the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure seamless business deployment.
- Analyze system requirements to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies early in the development process.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and process improvement techniques.
- Proven ability to manage defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
