Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing for healthcare applications, focusing on usability and functionality.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) during all testing phases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
- Maintain and improve the QA testing framework to increase efficiency and coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with database testing and API validation.
