Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for software and AI products in the Customer Insights & Analytics domain
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
- Establish and maintain quality standards and best practices for testing processes
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing for analytics platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong experience with testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI/ML testing approaches and data validation techniques
- Experience with analytics platforms, data visualization tools, or BI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
