Wyn Power Corporation, a premier player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Solar PV Engineer to join our growing team based in Lipa City, Batangas. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of solar photovoltaic systems for a variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, and utility-scale installations.
In this role, you will take ownership of the technical design process, from initial site assessment and feasibility studies to detailed engineering and commissioning. You will use advanced software tools such as PVsyst and AutoCAD to create precise system designs, ensuring maximum energy yield and compliance with local codes and standards. You will also mentor junior engineers, collaborate with project managers and installation teams, and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and engineering of solar PV systems, including layout, electrical design, and structural integration.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and optimize system performance.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering documents, drawings, and specifications using advanced software tools such as AutoCAD and PVsyst.
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical supervision and support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Keep abreast of advancements in solar technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or equivalent professional license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV system design and engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope.
- In-depth knowledge of PV system components, electrical codes, and installation practices.
- Strong analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to be based in Lipa City, Batangas, and travel to project sites as required.
