- Lead Technical Discovery: Conduct deep-dive site audits and data analysis to understand unique operational constraints and optimization opportunities.
- Architect Solutions: Design scalable, efficient system configurations using Geek+'s comprehensive AMR ecosystem to deliver measurable KPIs (throughput, labor efficiency, accuracy).
- Drive Deal Velocity: Develop compelling ROI models, technical proposals, and system simulations that empower our sales team to close strategic deals quickly.
- Be the Voice of Innovation: Partner with our product management team to relay market trends and customer requirements, directly influencing future product development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical pre-sales discovery process, conducting site surveys, analyzing operational data, and identifying automation opportunities.
- Design and propose end-to-end warehouse automation solutions utilizing Geek+'s AMR portfolio, including goods-to-person, sortation, and storage systems.
- Develop compelling Return on Investment (ROI) models, system simulations, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) tailored to customer requirements.
- Deliver high-impact technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to C-level executives and operations managers.
- Create detailed technical proposals, System Layouts (AutoCAD), and Statements of Work (SOW) ensuring solution feasibility and profitability.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Product) to ensure a smooth handoff from presales to project execution.
- Stay ahead of market trends in logistics automation and robotics, providing competitive analysis and feedback to the product team.
- Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Systems Integrator in the warehouse automation, material handling, or robotics industry.
- Proven track record of designing and winning complex automated material handling system deals (AMR, AS/RS, Conveyor systems).
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, warehouse operations (WMS, WES, WCS), and system integration principles.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL) and simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, AutoMod) preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is a strong asset for cross-regional collaboration.
- Highly self-motivated with strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple complex deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) within the APAC region for client engagements and site visits.
