Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless daily operations and system integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage supply chain processes and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, vendor contracts, and process documentation.
- Train junior staff on POS systems and best practices for vendor management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business solutions, supply chain operations, or retail management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, POS software, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
