Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of the enterprise Content Management System (CMS).
- Design and implement content governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across digital channels.
- Collaborate with web development teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deploy system updates or new features.
- Optimize CMS performance, security, and scalability to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to content contributors and stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze user metrics and system data to provide actionable insights for continuous platform improvement.
- Manage integrations between the CMS and other enterprise applications (CRM, Marketing Automation, DAM).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CMS administration, architecture, or web content management.
- Strong technical proficiency with major enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Drupal).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles to manage template structures.
- Proven ability to manage complex migration projects and system upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
