Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute day-to-day operations for digital asset custody, including settlement, trade lifecycle management, and asset servicing.
- Monitor blockchain network activity and troubleshoot transaction-level issues across multiple protocols and layers.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including MAS guidelines, AML/KYC protocols, and internal risk management policies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine operational workflows and implement platform enhancements.
- Manage institutional client inquiries related to digital asset movements, providing technical expertise and high-touch support.
- Lead periodic reviews of security protocols, including private key management and hardware security module (HSM) workflows.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve overall process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years focused on digital assets or blockchain technology.
- Deep understanding of DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology), smart contracts, and wallet infrastructure (MPC, Multi-sig).
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore regulatory landscape (Payment Services Act) and global institutional custody standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, or Python) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
