Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage digital workplace infrastructure including cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and endpoint management systems
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital workplace strategies aligned with business objectives and security protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation) into daily workflows
- Provide expert technical guidance and training to employees on digital tools and best practices
- Monitor system performance, security posture, and user adoption metrics with continuous improvement focus
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent digital workplace experiences across regions
- Establish vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital workplace management or enterprise IT infrastructure
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and enterprise mobility management solutions
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Work Administrator, ITIL)
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value for diverse stakeholders
- Experience in multinational environments with cross-cultural team leadership
