Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate engineering planning schedules, ensuring alignment with production capacity and overall business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive support to engineering teams, optimizing resource allocation and workflow management.
- Track, analyze, and report on key engineering performance metrics and project milestones to senior management.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between manufacturing, maintenance, and product engineering departments.
- Manage engineering documentation, spare parts inventory planning, and maintenance schedule coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline engineering processes and reduce equipment downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering planning, production control, or manufacturing support within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise planning tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project) and data analysis software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
