We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist in Engineering Planning and Support to join our dynamic team in Kulim, Kedah.
In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between engineering execution and strategic planning. You will be responsible for optimizing engineering workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet our aggressive production and innovation targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust engineering project plans to ensure timely delivery of semiconductor solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline production workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze engineering performance data to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Support the implementation of new engineering tools and software systems within the production environment.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for leadership to track project milestones and KPI achievements.
- Facilitate effective communication between site engineering and global stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and environmental safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in engineering planning, production support, or project management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
