Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in facilities operations, program management, or change management in semiconductor/manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading global transformation initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and program delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate operational data into actionable strategies
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (CCMP) preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives
