Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing high-quality candidates to onboarding successful hires.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and personnel documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on company policies and conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for organizational improvement.
- Support the implementation of HRIS systems and digital transformation projects to improve administrative efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in generalist HR or recruitment functions.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and executive hiring.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
