- Lead end-to-end procurement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities and services
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management
- Analyze market trends and data to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and finance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Report on project KPIs and deliverables to senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience with project management focus
- Proven track record in manufacturing or logistics sector procurement
- Advanced negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
