As a seasoned educator, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our Learning Center Department, shaping the educational experiences of students with diverse learning needs.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional who can demonstrate expertise in special education methodologies, curriculum development, and student assessment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Lead and mentor junior SPED teachers in best practices and methodologies
- Design and adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learning requirements
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to support student development
- Organize and conduct parent-teacher conferences and workshops
- Stay current with latest research and trends in special education
- Participate in school committees and contribute to program development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Master's degree in Special Education preferred
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in special education
- Valid professional teaching license in the Philippines
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong knowledge of various teaching methodologies for special needs students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
