Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability SQL Server database clusters.
- Architect, develop, and optimize complex ETL packages using SSIS for seamless data integration.
- Create and maintain advanced analytical reports and dashboards utilizing SSRS and SSAS.
- Proactively monitor database performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies to ensure optimal uptime.
- Lead database migration, security, and backup/recovery strategies to protect mission-critical data.
- Mentor junior database developers, conduct code reviews, and promote development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient data models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a SQL Server DBA or Database Developer.
- Deep expertise in the full Microsoft BI Stack: SSIS (Integration Services), SSRS (Reporting Services), and SSAS (Analysis Services).
- Proven experience in database performance tuning, T-SQL optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Solid understanding of database security, disaster recovery protocols, and high availability (AlwaysOn, Clustering).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring or leading small technical teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
