Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and debugging of Board Support Packages (BSP) for custom hardware platforms.
- Develop and maintain complex device drivers for peripherals including NIC, SPI, I2C, UART, CPLD, and FPGA interfaces.
- Perform board bring-up activities, including bootloader (U-Boot/UEFI) configuration and kernel porting.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to define architectural requirements and troubleshoot system-level performance bottlenecks.
- Implement power management and thermal optimization strategies within the Linux kernel or RTOS environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput to meet stringent industry standards and customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8+ years of professional experience in embedded Linux or RTOS development.
- Advanced proficiency in C/C++ programming for low-level system software.
- Deep understanding of Linux kernel internals, driver development, and device tree configurations.
- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Solid understanding of microprocessor architectures (ARM, x86) and system-on-chip (SoC) integration.
- Proven track record of successful board bring-up projects and peripheral driver integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex hardware schematics.
