Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design or related fields
- Expertise in HDL, RTL design, and verification methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
