Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and architecture of complex semiconductor solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the design team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to streamline development processes.
- Oversee the implementation of best-in-class design methodologies, tools, and technologies to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and root cause analysis to troubleshoot design challenges and drive product reliability.
- Drive innovation initiatives, exploring new design paradigms and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and precision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in semiconductor design, with a proven track record of leading successful engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in industry-standard design tools, methodologies, and verification flows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing technical teams and mentoring junior engineers is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural team environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
