As a Senior/Staff Engineer in Frontend Central Quality, you'll lead technical initiatives that define industry standards for frontend excellence. You'll architect robust quality frameworks for mission-critical applications while mentoring cross-functional teams in quality-first development practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive frontend quality frameworks including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
- Lead technical investigations of production incidents, providing root cause analysis and preventive solutions
- Mentor engineers on quality engineering best practices and establish coding standards for frontend development
- Develop and maintain automated testing infrastructure using modern tools like Jest, Cypress, and Playwright
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive adoption of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for frontend applications
- Evaluate and integrate emerging quality technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of frontend development experience
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Proven experience leading quality initiatives in large-scale, enterprise applications
- Strong background in testing automation frameworks and continuous integration practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and establishing technical standards
- Preferred: Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-reliability systems
