- Define and implement optimal test solutions for new semiconductor packages and products
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing test strategies aligned with product requirements
- Optimize test methodologies to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product reliability
- Design and execute validation protocols for complex semiconductor devices
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure testability requirements are incorporated during product development
- Drive automation initiatives in test processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on test engineering best practices
- Present technical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expertise in package testing methodologies, semiconductor device characterization, and test automation
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Proven track record of leading complex test projects from concept to implementation
- Experience with industry-standard test equipment (ATE) and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
