In this pivotal role, you will serve as a driving force in PAC (Process Application Center) engineering, leading global process improvement initiatives that define the future of memory manufacturing. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead global process improvement initiatives and drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Develop and implement advanced engineering methodologies to optimize yield and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to identify trends and implement corrective actions for process stability.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for MTE PAC operations in alignment with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or manufacturing technology.
- Strong understanding of Front-End (FE) semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
