Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of commercial refrigeration systems for retail facilities
- Develop energy-efficient refrigeration solutions aligned with sustainability goals
- Oversee maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex refrigeration equipment
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for refrigeration projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility engineering initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Manage refrigeration system lifecycle and capital improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of refrigeration engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in commercial refrigeration systems (R22, R404A, R134a refrigerants)
- Professional certification in refrigeration technology (e.g., RSES, ASHRAE)
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainable practices
- Proven project management experience with engineering systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
