- Lead end-to-end development of testing solutions for LED and microLED products from concept to machine buyoff
- Design and implement automated testing systems with machine vision, data analytics, and precision measurement capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to define testing requirements and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, equipment calibration, and failure analysis processes
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for testing documentation and validation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, JEDEC) and regulatory requirements
- Optimize testing efficiency to reduce production costs while maintaining stringent quality control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in test development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in LED/microLED testing methodologies, machine vision systems, and automated equipment
- Strong background in statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and failure analysis techniques
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks (LabVIEW, Python, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot sophisticated optical systems
