PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, a leader in the retail and wholesale industry, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Staff Engineering (Refrigeration) to join our Head Office team in Jakarta Timur. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational integrity and maintenance of industrial-scale refrigeration systems across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our refrigeration infrastructure complies with the highest safety standards, remains energy-efficient, and supports our continuous business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative engineering strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems and cold chain infrastructure.
- Supervise third-party technicians and vendors to ensure all service level agreements are met and work quality adheres to company standards.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify opportunities for energy consumption optimization and cost reduction.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory for all cooling equipment.
- Lead emergency troubleshooting efforts during system failures to minimize business disruption.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental and mechanical engineering regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure expansion projects and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration maintenance, preferably within the retail, food, or cold storage industry.
- Deep understanding of HVAC/R systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and commercial freezer units.
- Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during system downtime.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
