In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the financial operations of our diverse property portfolio. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels in financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic budgetary control. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25/29) and statutory financial requirements.
- Monitor and analyze company expenditures, creating variance reports to suggest cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance against forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures to mitigate operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the property or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and current tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with an excellent ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
