We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Finance & Accounting professional to join a growing foreign branded fashion retail company in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving strategic financial insights to support our continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance expert to work within a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate closely with senior management to enhance internal controls, manage fiscal processes, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and perform regular reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analysis reports for management review.
- Monitor and control the accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations, VAT reporting, and corporate compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning functions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and local tax laws (PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
