We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax to join our professional finance department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and the seamless flow of our daily accounting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and monitor cash flow movements effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits.
- Maintain fixed asset records and calculate monthly depreciation.
- Provide support for budget preparation and financial variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Taxation Law (Brevet A & B certificate is an advantage).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail regarding financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and professional communication skills.
