Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical structures, modules, and assemblies for advanced laser and optics systems
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from conceptual design through prototyping and production
- Perform detailed engineering analysis including FEA, thermal management, and tolerance studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (optical, electrical, software) to integrate complex systems
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, manufacturability requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Develop detailed technical documentation including CAD drawings, BOMs, and assembly procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for Staff level)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design for high-tech products, especially laser/optics systems
- Expert proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/Creo) and simulation software (ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and precision assembly techniques
- Experience with optical system integration and thermal management solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor engineering teams
