Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI processes for electronic/RF products, ensuring seamless transition from design validation to volume production
- Develop and implement manufacturing test plans, yield improvement strategies, and production workflows
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure DFM/DFA principles are integrated into product architectures
- Drive root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Optimize supply chain components and manufacturing processes for cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for NPI methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC, JEDEC) and customer specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of NPI or product engineering experience with semiconductor/RF products
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, test automation, and yield management
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, PCB design, and high-volume production environments
- Proven track record of leading product introductions to manufacturing
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium, Cadence) and statistical analysis software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with cross-functional leadership experience
