Tanggung Jawab
- Lead perioperative nursing care during complex surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols in the operating room
- Coordinate surgical team workflows and optimize operating room efficiency
- Monitor patient physiological responses during procedures and intervene in emergency situations
- Administer specialized medications and manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative recovery evaluations
- Maintain comprehensive surgical documentation and quality assurance records
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to departmental training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent advanced nursing qualification
- Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 5 years perioperative nursing experience with 2+ years in senior capacity
- Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in surgical instrumentation and equipment management
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Demonstrated leadership skills in multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
