SELALU BAHAGIA SEJAHTERA is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Operational Control to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity, ensuring that our retail environment remains safe, efficient, and fully compliant with company standards.
As a Senior Operational Control Staff, you will play a critical role in mitigating risks through proactive CCTV monitoring and rigorous SOP audits. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and possesses the leadership qualities to influence store-level compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform continuous real-time CCTV monitoring to ensure the security of store assets and personnel.
- Conduct regular audits to verify strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across all retail branches.
- Identify, document, and report operational discrepancies or security incidents to management immediately.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve store efficiency and loss prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with store managers to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on operational control activities and incident logs.
- Support the training of store staff regarding security protocols and compliance expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Security Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Operational Control, Loss Prevention, or Audit, preferably within the Retail industry.
- Expertise in CCTV surveillance systems and modern security software.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional conduct in stressful situations.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara.
