Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives including succession planning and leadership pipelines
- Develop and execute training programs for technical skills, leadership development, and organizational culture
- Analyze skill gaps and create targeted development solutions for all employee levels
- Measure and optimize program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI methodologies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify development needs and opportunities
- Mentor HR team members and champion best practices in people development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR development with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale talent development programs
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable development strategies
- Certification in HR development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and learning management platforms
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
