Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent development frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives including succession planning and leadership pipelines
  • Develop and execute training programs for technical skills, leadership development, and organizational culture
  • Analyze skill gaps and create targeted development solutions for all employee levels
  • Measure and optimize program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI methodologies
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify development needs and opportunities
  • Mentor HR team members and champion best practices in people development

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR development with 3+ years in leadership role
  • Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale talent development programs
  • Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable development strategies
  • Certification in HR development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and learning management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
