Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training and development programs tailored to business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management process, ensuring alignment between individual goals and company objectives.
- Identify and analyze skills gaps to design targeted learning interventions and workshops.
- Collaborate with department heads to create effective career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training ROI, and employee satisfaction scores.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of competency mapping, training needs analysis, and talent management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Wiyung, Surabaya.
