Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end GenAI and machine learning solutions to solve complex semiconductor engineering challenges.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and analytics frameworks to process high-volume manufacturing data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven predictive insights into daily manufacturing workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps, software engineering, and data governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI/ML models, monitoring performance, and iterating for maximum operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on product and process anomalies using advanced statistical methods and machine learning.
- Partner with global teams to align local AI initiatives with Micron’s long-term digital transformation roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with deep experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Strong expertise in GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, Transformers) and their practical application.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments (MLOps).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and distributed computing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
