Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive GA and facility operations including asset management, maintenance scheduling, and space utilization optimization
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and operational continuity
- Manage facility budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes while maintaining cost efficiency
- Lead and mentor facility operations team through performance management and skill development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, emergency protocols, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate cross-functional projects including office relocations, renovations, and technology deployments
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for executive leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facility management or general administration with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing operations
- Proven experience managing facility budgets exceeding IDR 500 million annually
- Certifications in Facility Management (CFM) or Workplace Operations (WOC) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software (e.g., FM:Systems, Archibus)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
