Ambition Group Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Staff System Validation Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product reliability, performance, and safety before market release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Product Management, to define comprehensive validation strategies, execute complex test plans, and drive continuous improvement in our validation methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive system validation plans and test cases to ensure product compliance and quality.
- Analyze complex system failures, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define acceptance criteria, specifications, and system requirements.
- Define and document validation standards, methodologies, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Monitor and report on validation metrics, test progress, and overall system health to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior validation engineers and test engineers to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in system validation, test engineering, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of validation methodologies, test planning, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
